We want you to love every purchase you make with us. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Our Return Policy

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Final sale items (marked as such on the product page) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Start Your Return/Exchange Online
  • Visit our Return Center to begin the process.
  • Follow the instructions to generate a prepaid return label (U.S. orders only).
  1. Pack Your Items Securely
  • Include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  • If you no longer have the prepaid label, you may ship returns at your own expense.
  1. Ship Your Return
  • Drop off the package at any UPS location (for prepaid labels).
  • Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refundable Items

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD, and exchange rates may affect the final amount.
